The purpose of this Wiki is to provide both a high-level process overview, and a low functional level/technical functioning for the module/process specified and the standard set of Qwix features. The wiki aims to provide all the information necessary to define what is standard functionality and features found in Qwix.
This Wiki is therefore also the departure point for defining any customer-specific requirements that are non-standard. This will form the basis of the agreement for any additional user requirements as specified in Qwix CHANGE CONTROLS.
Finally, the document is also intended to form the source document from which any additional technical addendums will be measured. This is the STANDARD Qwix offering. Any variations or changes other than the selection options specified in this document should be considered customer-specific requirements.
As this Wiki is a multi-purpose library, its audience includes the following role players
The stakeholders include as a minimum:
The scope of each process (see Modules) is strictly limited to the definition(s) as detailed in this Wiki. The contents of this Wiki are considered the full, and final definition of the processes/modules in terms of the Qwix Standard scope of work. Each module has some standard variations of the process included within the document. These options are considered selectable options within the Qwix Standard offering for the module. It should be noted that the availability of these options may be impacted by a preceding process and may impact the options available to a follow-on process.
Any misstated/invalid/missing definitions established or discovered after the approval and commencement of a project as defined in addendums to this wiki, and the variation options selected, can only be addressed/remedied in the form of official Qwix change control mechanisms and documents that will be managed during the project lifecycle. These change controls will be clearly defined and WILL impact the timescales, milestones, and risks of the project. In most cases, it may also have an additional financial impact.
Several standard Qwix conventions are used in this document.
