¶ Overview
The Pending Counts view is used to view and manage Count Instruction s that have been completed, but not applied to any Stock Counts.
The following processes are managed by this view:
¶ Definition
The Master data for this view represents the individual count instructions as found in the Stock Count Tables
The View also consists of an additional detail view that will present the Individual count instructions for the grouped summary of scanners in the Master data.
It has the following key functions:
- View Summarised list of Instructions by Scanner
- View Detailed completed instructions
- Apply Selected Scanner (group) to Stock Count
The Count Instructions view has all the default features as defined in the Qwix Portal Features for views.
¶ Scanner List (Master)
The Master data for the PEnding Counts view lists a Summary (by scanner) for all completed and unapplied Count Instructions.

| INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTED | The Count of incomplete count instructions (detail) |
| LAST SCAN | Date/Time of last known count scan. |

¶ Apply Counts - Apply Pending Counts
This action allows the user to select one or more Scanner (summary) rows, and apply them to a selected count. Once applied, the Summary, and Instructions (detail) will be removed from the View.
Pre-requisites:
- A Scanner (summary) row must be selected
Parameters:
- Stock Count - Select an open Stock Count to which the Pending Count Lines will be applied.

| BIN | The Bin (Bin code as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |
| ITEM | The Item (Item code as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |

| BATCH | The Batch Number (Bach number as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |
| PACKAGE/PALLET | The Package/Pallet Number if this was a Package Line |
| USER | The User the executed/completed the instruction |
| SCANNER | The Scanner (Mobile device) that the instruction is assigned to, or which completed the instruction |
