¶ Overview
The Cycle Count Routines view is used to view and manage Cycle count routines.
The following processes are managed by this view:
- Stock Count
- Cycle Count
¶ Definition
The Master data for this view represents the Cycle count data as found in the Stock Count Tables
The View also consists of an additional detail view that will present the Individual cycle count routine criteria
It has the following key functions:
- View a List of re-usable cycle count routines
- View the count routine detail criteria
- Create New Routines and amend criteria
- Run/Activate a Cycle manually
The Cycle Count Routines view has all the default features as defined in the Qwix Portal Features for views.
¶ Cycle Count Routines (Master)
The Master data for the Cycle Count Routines view lists all the Cycle count routines.

| CCH__ID | The ID of the Count Routine |
| NEXT CYCLE | Scheduled next Date for this routine (when automated) |
| LAST CYCLE | The Last Date/Time the Cycle was Run/Activated |
| TIME | The Default scheduled time for this routine to Run/Activate |
| SCHEDULE | The Schedule Name of this Count Routine is linked to |
| DESCRIPTION | A Description of this Cycle Count Routine |
| ACTIVE | Indicates if the Routine is Active for use. |
¶ Actions
¶ Cycles - Run Cycle
This action allows the user to select one or more Cycle Count Routine rows, and Run/Activate them. This will generate the appropriate Count Instructions for execution.
Pre-requisites:
- You must select at least one Cycle Count Routine row.
Parameters:

¶ Cycles - Create Cycle Count
This action allows the user to Create a new (empty) Cycle Count Routine. After the Routine is created the user may add the required criteria to the routine
Pre-requisites:
- N/A
Parameters:
- Description - Supply a Description for this Routine
- Schedule - Supply a Schedule Name for this Routine
- Time - Supply the Default time for this Routine
¶ Cycles - Add Cycle Count Detail
This action allows the user to add criteria to a selected Cycle count Routine
Pre-requisites:
- You must select at least one Cycle Count Routine row.
Parameters:
- Location - Select a Location if you need to limit the locations for this criteria
- Description - a Useful description of this criteria line
- From Bin - From Bin Range (if ranged criteria is required)
- To Bin - To Bin Range (if ranged criteria is required)
- Bin Filter - Bin Filter criteria (if filter-based criteria is specified)
- From Item - From Item Range (if ranged criteria is required)
- To Item - To Item Range (if ranged criteria is required)
- Item Filter - Item Filter criteria (if filter-based criteria is specified)
